Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor:
The sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by AAA Oregon, located at 600 SW Market Street, Portland, OR 97201 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 15 at 7 am and ends on September 15 at 12 PM (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes:
Online Entry: Visit [website URL] and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prizes:
The following prizes will be awarded:
One Year Membership to AAA Oregon.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is [amount]. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be allowed except by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 15. The potential winners will be notified via email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the notification within [number] days, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
- Allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
8. Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
10. Governing Law:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Oregon. Any disputes related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and without resort to class action.
